Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
Payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. The invoice due date will be clearly stated on each invoice.
2. Late Payment
Late payments may be subject to statutory interest charged at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily, together with reasonable recovery costs, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
3. Image Delivery
Final images are delivered digitally via a downloadable link. Download links are time-limited. Once the files have been downloaded, the client is responsible for saving, backing up, and sharing the files internally.
4. File Management & Storage
The photographer does not provide long-term file storage, file management, or uploading of assets to client drives or third-party platforms. Reissuing expired download links is offered at the photographer’s discretion and may be subject to an administrative fee.
5. Usage & Licensing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, images are licensed to the client for their intended use only. Copyright remains with the photographer.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By booking the photographer or using the delivered images, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
