300g self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
Splash of vanilla extract
400ml plant-based milk (we used hemp)
1 tbsp vegetable oil for cooking
Handful of raspberries
2 tbsp of icing sugar
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
4 tbsp of water
Topped with some coconut yoghurt.
